    Softened Mind Co was created from a season of my life that felt overwhelming in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time. In 2024, I experienced a panic attack that shifted how I moved through my days. What followed was learning how to navigate panic disorder and generalized anxiety—figuring out, slowly and imperfectly, how to feel steady again.

    This blog isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about the small things that have helped me along the way.

    The routines that made mornings feel a little less heavy.
    The tools that helped quiet the noise, even just a bit.
    The reminders I’ve had to come back to again and again.

    Some days, progress has looked like getting out of bed. Other days, it’s looked like creating moments of calm I didn’t think were possible before. Both count.

    You’ll find a mix of things here—gentle routines, calming products, small resets, and honest reflections. Everything I share comes from real experience, and my hope is that something here might make your day feel even slightly more manageable.

    There’s no pressure to do everything perfectly. There’s no timeline you need to follow.
