I started Softened Mind Co after a panic attack in 2024 changed the way I experienced my own mind and body. What followed was a period of navigating panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, learning day by day how to make life feel manageable again.
This space grew from that process. It’s where I share the small things that have helped me cope—routines, tools, and gentle changes that have made a real difference. My hope is that something here might support you if you’re in a similar place, or simply remind you that you’re not alone in it.

After a period of feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, I began rebuilding through small routines and practical tools that made life feel a little more steady. This space is a collection of those things—the simple supports that helped me find my footing again.

These principles are less about doing life perfectly and more about moving through it with care. I try to keep things simple, give myself grace when things feel heavy, and choose what supports my wellbeing over what pressures it.

  • Small, simple choices are often more sustainable than big changes.

  • My wellbeing matters more than external pressure or expectations.
